About Brannstrom Group

Brannstrom Group is a platform for ownership, leadership and execution in situations that require more than standard solutions.

Assignments and investments are chosen with care. We only enter contexts where we can make a genuine contribution, close to those who carry the responsibility, and with full presence.

The work is grounded in a Nordic tradition: long-term thinking, integrity and genuine presence in the contexts we operate in.

Adam Brannstrom

Adam Brannstrom has worked with leadership and organisational development for more than two decades. He has been a CEO and group CEO, worked closely with owners and boards, and over many years helped leaders and management teams grow.

What drives his work is a simple conviction: people want to do good work. The task of leadership is to create the conditions for that.

That work almost always begins with understanding. Before Adam tries to change anything, he needs to understand how people see their situation. What they are carrying. What they actually need. Structure and direction can always be created. The harder part is creating movement.

Adam works at the intersection of business and people. He understands what it takes to own and lead an organisation. He also understands what happens inside organisations when ambition is high but movement is slow.

He believes ownership creates energy. That culture is decisive. And that the best leaders create the conditions for others to succeed.

How the group works

We take on few assignments. Choose carefully. And always work close to those who carry the responsibility, to understand the reality from the inside and help the situation actually change.

In certain assignments, experienced leaders, advisors and specialists that Adam has worked closely with over many years are involved, in Sweden and internationally. This happens on the basis of personal relationships and shared experience, rather than as a formal structure.

Discretion is not a service. It is a way of working.
